Yesterday's Weapons Forums

As most of you know I have been fighting for my unemployment benefits for almost 6 months now. Well I had a hearing last Thursday and I was loaded for bear. It cost me $17 to send a $5 copy of the Federal Motorcarrier Safety Regulations, and a few other documents. I presented my side of the case and then they asked the representative of the former employer a few questions. They were shooting blanks. All the questions were answered with "I don't know" or "No"or "I didn't hear what he said because I wasn't there". They didn't even have a copy of my personel file on hand. Figure now I will have to wait another 3-6 weeks to get my money. The loser has 21 days to file for a review of the findings. So I guess I have to wait to see if they file or not.

To any truck drivers out there, a word of advice.......
DON"T work for ANY of the CRST Companys. They will SCREW you at every oportunity.
