amen to that ,

this time of year i always end up pondering why so many want to 'change' our country , it has worked well for all these many years , the commies , socialists , progressives[recessives-retrictives] i have always wondered why - and then it dawned on me ,

about half the country back then would have willingly stayed under the king , they did not leave and unlike the socialist-progressive-communist countries we did not purge them from our midst when we won our freedom ,

WE believed there was room for all and each should have the same inalienable right to LIFE , LIBERTY and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS , as their neighbor - we gave freedom to all after the civil war with no strings attached EXCEPT you have to respect your neighbors rights as you do your own , so we tolerate the commies , the progressives and the socialists because they have the same rights - why cant they see the same for us that would conquer the next frontier that they could socialize ?

that is what happened if you look at history at all , in this country the adventurers moved west and the kings sympathizers stayed east - thus we have a commie east coast [not exactly sure why the west coast went that way - save for all the trade cash moving them west eventually] i know this to be a gross generalization , but its the only explanation i have for a caller to a local talk show last week that asked why in philadelphia - where the declaration was signed - there are so many that hate this country and what it represents ..............

looking at ever commie country in history -every one they took over , purged themselves of dissenters and then divided to the haves and the handouts , we really dont want to go there i think ......just sayin as an old guy that has seen a lot of bad chit going down in the world in my lifetime and not waning it for my heirs ,

GOD BLESS AMERICA and happy 4th of july independence

dont forget 1812 in these festivities either - just sayin
