Spent early afternoon at the Fire Guard #13 gravel pit.
If these are your's they can be claimed as follows.
30-06 live round. Appears to be a 170 gr soft point. Head stamp is "FUU".
Can't remember if that's Frankford Arsenal, or Federal...
Would gladly exchange this equal to shipping- except it's hard these days to find a carrier for the live stuff. Maybe I'll just dispose of it in my usual manner- a 10.5 gr JSB Heavy domed pellet hitting the primer at 25 yds at 825 fps should light her up.
.45 cal jacketed. Cannelure looks factory to my somewhat in-expert eye. There's a star mark on the base that has me thinking corbon. Possibly a bit short stroked on the powder side. Anyone know if a large pistol primer alone is enough to get one of these up the spout?
I was thinking b.p. at first, but the relatively clean base and cannelure have me thinking .45 acp...
