i think the short answer is "YES" they have exempted themselves from most everything - including socxial security , thats why they have no qualms about messing with it , they get theres no matter what - off the top - we getscrewed

It wasn't this way back when each state funded it's representatives. I would propose that all of these 'Public Servants' should make no more than the average income of the areas that they represent. Then you know that you would have people in there who really want to serve & make a difference.....make this country great again
