First Thanksgiving and birthday without Mom. Was hard. My sister to me to lunch for my birthday. Texas Roadhouse, bone in ribeye. Was yummy. :D

Have been loosing weight since mom's passing. Lost over 18lbs in 3 weeks. Recently joined the YMCA and weigh in Tuesday has me down 42 lbs since my peak weight at June doctor visit. Still have a long way to go.

glad to hear your getting the doctors orders in line , we all have to do that these days i guess , i get what your saying of the loss and moving on , i dont know what to say past im glad to see your post and you are in my prayers for peace of mind - the fond memories become our solace , i sincerely wish that for you my friend ,
