Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Since my Mom passed last September I have been working hard at getting healthier. I peaked out probably over 400lbs (max at doctor office was 396). This morning I weighed in at 276. I am feeling better than I have in a very long time. When I started I was doing good to walk a half hour with breaks to catch my breath, forget about hills. Now I can walk 3 miles on moderately hilly roads in an hour and feel good when I get done. here are before and now.

That is great news!

I am currently losing the waistline fight.

Not really a problem yet as I am 6'0" and well under 150 lb.
I think it is totally age related. Gone from 28" to 30" in the span of 5 years.
Still live the same way I did when the waist was 2" smaller.

Regards,

Doc Sharptail

Make it easy on the ol ticker, and it tick longer......besides, it's easier to pick up brass off the firing line :D
