I think in a small way it shows people are largely the same everywhere - it's just leaders like Poopin' Putin and crooked politicians that are wrecking the world.

Nobody needs a war.

The really bad part is by spending so much on a contrived war resulting in the country being shunned economically, it will take a generation for them to recover, much like Germany after WW1.

So many nitrates were used to make explosives, there was none left for fertilizer. And no money to make or buy more.

An entire generation and part of another suffered horribly from their "new" lifestyle. It's going to happen in Russia, too. SW
