Former Japanese PM Abe was murdered during a campaign speech. His killer used a homemade weapon that appears to have electronic ignition.

A search of the killer's residence revealed more weapons of a similar nature.

Bottom line - even with the strictest gun laws imaginable, crimes like this will still happen. May the victim rest in peace. SW
