Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

ive not had trout fried - i think i need to try that , ive always had it baked or BBQd , but ive never been disappointed in that so i suspect fried would be equally good ,

sea trout, or speckled trout,
fillet,
batter,
toss in fry pan with a shallow bit of oil,

just like you fry catfish etc, is mighty tasty

lake trout etc are good too, esp if you hit one of those urban type places that sell it,

by BBQ'ed , you mean grilled? or?

I have grilled fish over an open flame (charcoal and or wood) as well as sauteed, and baked,

but BBQ to me means a sauce added, have not done that
