I just talked to my brother a hour and a half or so ago, He was waiting for his flight to Kotzebue then on to Deering. Ed say's he should be there by noon. Then the fun or work begin's which ever way you look at it. Ok Ed we want photo's and comments, the whole story. The rest of the story as Paul Harvey would say. |

Were outta here tomarrow. Had outboard "Problems", my diagnoostics lights said "No oil" so we killed the battery cycling it, and squeezing up oil through the lines.....had a stuck check valve, under teh starter motor..... Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, I recharged the battery, Dave crashed out, and I plodded to the boat with my old friend Huck. checked the oil, hooked up the battery, and whoooooo. Nothing, and it was S L O W......soooooooooooooooooooo, I took off the spark plugs, walked to the key and turned it... whoooooom!!!!!a 4 foot long strean of lube oil hit Huck uin the chin and upside his head, glasses, hat, neck, Thank God he was the one laughing...might got my butt kicked by someone else! we ran it throughh, and learned a lesson.....dont squues the oil line bulb too much when bleeding, and dont let your friends watch too close! All is well, we ride with the tide |
