Basicly, all of Alaska sees that sick perv as one whos needing the diameter of his turds to increase 10 fold in prison, just for starts.
Child molesters are the bottom of the Prison scum pond feeding chain, and I wouldnt give him a year to live.....we put all thes screwed up individuals in their own sex offenders prison, Wild wood, I belive, and let them "Do their thang"with each other...

Ok, in the 70's the Alaska Native Lands claim came about, with the Native Alaskan sueing the US Gov to gain title to their rightfull lands, and compensation.
Remember, they did not trade tea cup sets, lose a war or make a single treatie with the US Gov.......
Any who...the 70s brought the Native groups, private land holders ,Feds and State into "Who had what"
They even had to allow the Natives here to choose what they wanted, as they really screwed up trying to give them mountain sides and mid river propertys with maps that were from WWII....also people here were interested in good fishing spots to place camps and Public lands that they could hunt over, as the animals moved...
The National park systems of the south do not allow hunting on them (I belive)......they had to change that to suit the hunting culture of Alaska. Also hunting seaseon, as southern bird seasons didnt mesh with ours....we hunt Geeses and Ducks in Spring not fall.
We had a "Customary and tradional " trail system here that had to be "Eased" through lands for accesss.

These Pilgrims thought hilghly of themselfs, and didnt bother with paper work, or show that their trail predated the "Parks" existance, like they did by being there before the lands settlement act.
They just took a bulldozer and made a snogo,ATV trail into a highway.
It would have been no problem at all ifthey had just done the paper work when the lands claim came, and in Alaska they cannot deny you access to lands, its just that you dont take a D-9 and bulldoze your way to the highway with out doing it properly. No culverts, no ditches, just a slew of mud after the first 10 or so vehicles go over it......

For some reason, arrogance was whipped up into an "in your face " confrontation, butr Im sure it was the publicity that motivated it all.

It sounds like Papa Pilgrim was a fraud on several different levels.
