walked up on this 6 point and a spike in a sparring match which let me get within 40 yrds. the '53 Polish did her job and the Norma 180 gr. was on the money. he went about 10 yrds and dropped.

it was a u-fix-em from Century i got 4 or 5 years ago, along with 4 of her sisters. it appears to have a cut down 91/30 stock. buttplate matches the receiver and the bayo lug was ground off. it didn't have a bolt and I just got one for it about 6 months ago. has a really nice bore and shoots great. the 180 gr. penetrated the right shoulder and exited just behind the left. got both lungs and top of the heart.

Looks good. I saw a six point last week but it was just out of bow range and gun season is in now and haven't seen anything.
