yes they have , but this attack on sportfishing is not a small issue , i carry when i fish - but id hate to think it was so i can fish ,

And a full ban on hunting by executive order. Not by the US fish and wildlife dept. That is what they would rather do that try to get on a ballot as they get defeated at the poles.
