Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Never heard of it - but then, I've never belonged to a hunting club. Sounds like some club members want free transfers. SW

I'm with you NebrHogger, that doesn't sound right.
I've been around alot of other hunters and been a member of a hunting club, never heard of anything like that. Could just be me tho.

...gonna be very "un-PC" here :twisted: ....but it sounds to me more like a group of elitist type snobby good ol' boys who wanna have a special 'requirement' to make sure keep the 'lower class' riff-raff out so their group is 'special'...really cuts down on the membership applications :roll:

it does indeed sound as if there is an alternative motive here , perhaps free transfers and other considerations , im not sure id go there with that as a requirement but id be the first to say you need to call your own shots -if it feels wrong dont do it , if it feels right and makes you happy , go for it
