Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

really ? here they are anxious for anyone willing to volunteer - that may be the difference as we here volunteer , it takes an investment of time , and cash to get certified but the DNR here will work hard on your behalf ,

as i said im not certified for that but i have a dozen friends that did get theirs and i assisted as a range officer [i am certified as that] for our hunter safety classes over a couple years ,

its very rewarding to know you are sending young hunters out into the field with a good basic understanding of safe hunting and skills with a firearm ,

I'm pretty good with a map and compass but those GPS things are another story. I have broken down and use a NUVI on long road trips but always have the map out and the route marked, I just don't trust the b&%^h telling me to turn left after she has been recalculating for 20 minutes when we are on an interstate and have not turned for hours.
