I worked in a store that had about a 3 acre field behind it,
the landlord would cut the field maybe once a year, so it always had tall grass in it

in the summer, as soon as the sun hit the grass/weeds the bugs would start flying, and the swallows would come out like little fighter jets and eat them up,

thats my lawn about dusk but its bats - im always pleased to see them as the bugs are thick , they eat more than their weight , good on them

Vending machine scam - you can try to grab a lobster @ $5 a shot. But lobsters don't want to be grabbed and keep getting away. Lobster winds up costing $30 or $40.

i may have to try the roughing it idea , last couple shoots ive been to were in the nintys and feeling like 100s
