Probably not what they were made for. Not a real effective AA weapon either.
Stumped on the uniform though. Is this Italian ingenuity at work?

He's Austro-Hungarian observer on a photo-recon plane in WW1. The big issue would be reloading... not to mention being close enough to use it. SW |
