Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

A friend told me that he had recently picked a new primary care doctor and related the story of his first discussion with him:

“After two visits and exhaustive Lab tests, the doctor said I was doing 'fairly well' for my age. (I just turned sixty-something????)
A little concerned about that comment, I couldn't resist asking him, 'Do you think I'll live to be 80?'
He asked, 'Do you smoke tobacco, or drink beer, wine or hard liquor?
'Oh no,' I replied. 'I gave up drinking and I'm not doing drugs, either!'
Then he asked, 'Do you eat rib-eye steaks, lobster, and barbecued Ribs?
'I said, 'Not much... my former doctor said that all red meat is very unhealthy and that the butter I ate with the lobster would clog my arteries!'
'Do you spend a lot of time in the sun, like playing golf, boating, sailing, hiking, or bicycling?'
'No, I don't,' I said. I’ve been told too much sun is bad for me and people can be injured on bicycles or bit by snakes when hiking.

He asked, 'Do you gamble, drive fast cars, or have a Lots of sex?'
'No,' I said...My other doctor said I should conserve my “life force” and not overly excite myself.
He looked at me and said...

'Then, why do you even give a shit?’”
