Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Imagei am new here, so i thought i would start by posting a photo or two of one of my pawn shop rescues. i have a few, this is a rem. model 14 carbine in 30 rem. cal. it had no blueing an you could not see the grain in the wood. but the gun was tight with a perfect bore. 170.00 and it went with me. it has the correct wheel sight and it shoots great. made in 1912

Image one of the othe side, i just got through with a 141 transition model in 30 rem. i will post so photos soon.

Dang! That is a FINE piece of lumber! Great job bringing the grain out! If you have one in 32 Rem, I've a box o' ammo I would just give to you.

I have a model 8 in 35 REMINGTON cal. and I will never get rid of it. that is when they still cared about quality!!.

i agree , all too often these older models are overlooked because they dont have that new rifle shine and 'look' but beneath the surface for those that can see its all there , waiting to be revived , beautiful job
