Does anyone know very much about Prussian Muskets? My best guess is that this is a Model 1809, actually made in 1818, then converted to percussion in 1845. Manufacturer is Neifse (Neisse). Proofs tell me Friedrich Wilhelm III (King of Prussia), but there are some I don't recognize. I know many of these relatively "3rd rate" guns were used by both the north and south during the Civil War.
