Lelo has been a constant in our world for 14yrs, as long as I've know hogger, there's been lelo stories. She was a big ol mut, slept with him in those RR years of crazy work schedules, always taking rides in 'shep', the wonder dodge truck to do 'steamers' in the pastures and chase them lurkeys when let out......
It with heavy heart I tell this tale, she didn't come home from the vet yesterday, cancer claimed another good person, but she went with the love a family can give.....and I believe we will all meet again, because anything is possible with the big fellow upstairs.......
RIP Lelo.......until we meet again in a better place......

I can feel your pain. It will soon be 5 years since we lost Rocky to cancer at the age of 12 and we still miss him. We have ended up getting 2 more since and the little one is super attached to me.

Sorry Bud, I know how much this must hurt. You did the right thing though. Remember the good times it helps.
