I can't say precisely what scale the planes are. In fact, they may be more than one scale. The diorama is in 3D, so the planes in the background might be smaller scale than the closer ones. The diorama is presented through a plexiglas bubble, sort of as if you were viewing all this from another aircraft within the swarm. The closer He.111 had a wingspan of approx. one foot. |

This miniatures museum is in (long time) rented space on the ground floor of the Empress Hotel in Victoria. They have all kinds of miniature displays that have been built there. Here are some more of a military nature, scenes from France, 1944 and Germany, 1945. One that I really liked was a massive diorama of a circus. |
