Attention New Members and those new registering! We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Looks like the kiddies have been out picking fresh "salad veggies". Fresh tracks and broken plants in the big hemp patch where I take il Mutt.

Right across the road, a big bull was making noise like he was looking for a fight. Him & Mutt were giving each other the stink eye.

And not far away was the reason I went out in the 1st place = scouting for turkeys. We has a plentiful supply this year! :bigrin:

Hemp patches are a great place to hunt doves, but there aren't any left now that season's open. I've never seen turkeys go after the seeds, though. They are grazing on grasshoppers right now. SW

back in WWII they grew that all over the midwest to make rope - its not considered very good from what i hear when ditch harvested , but it still grows here , once in a while right here - i mow it with the rest
