Attention New Members and those new registering! We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

She was a tinsy kitten, lying the middle of a highway, so dehydrated her back legs no longer worked....cars were driving past her......so you know me....I stop in the middle of everything and get out and pick her up, it was 95 degrees and she was just about gone..........
that was last summer....her she is now, a beautiful girl kitty, full of life~walks just fine~ and a 'Bombay' breed to boot!!!
her name is 'Lady"....but i call her my lil black mamba!!!!!!!!
yellow eyes and black as a panther~

the animals on this planet is the last vestige of God's love....cause people have sure gone to hell in a handbasket and show no more of Godly attributes :kap:

im not really a cat person , but have never harbored ill will , im pleased to know you saved this one and commend you for your efforts , no living thing should suffer that - lest they bring it upon themselves , i doubt that poor dear did anything to deserve such ,

she is lucky to have you and you her ,

I've gotten several cats from the shelter myself. I find them good company often cunning, yet stupid. Aloof, yet lonely. Mostly asleep, yet stepping on my face at 3:00 in the morning for reasons that elude me. I pay them back and wake them up during the day when I can find them.

Current two adoptees include a black cat called "Darty", short for the fourth musketeer and a calico called "Jo-Jo", short for Josephine. My Korean wife likes to feed them lots of tuna as she never had pets as a kid. Uncle actually ate their pet dog. I can't make that up.

You have just described every cat I have ever had the pleasure of being staff for. They can be obnoxiously frustrating but my wife and I don't ever want to live in an animal free zone.
