Attention New Members and those new registering! We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Even wild hemp. The country sprays every year for this & it's pretty much a waste of money. So far I don't see where HS kids have tried to take any. If they do, they will quickly discover why this is called "Nebr No High".

Wheat's out so a few goats wandered in from the prairie to fatten up for winter. Small buck and a few does.

And as always where I go there were a gaggle of turks. I'm going to wait until there's snow on the ground before I get serious about whacking 4 of them. Not much of a pic - they don't stand still worth a hoot.

sems to me i recall , mind is foggy these days , could be wrong , but i think they once cultivated this in the midwest for rope , date to the first world war i think , a different time /different reasons for everything we live with today , made sence once , not anymore , but as you say it will not be what they are looking for in the end anyway - yes a waste of money , let them have it , is a noxious weed me thinks that would plague farmers and such tho

You are correct, Hemp is a cannabis sativa plant but a variety that contains very little THC so is good for several thing besides rope making but getting high isn't one of them.
