i hear that - getting to be 40s highs and lows below freezing here , frost on the tables at the gunclub last weekend , we are approaching the time of year when i consider moving , i love fall but its so short , and the leaves are so deep on the lawn , and the rain wont stop ,

just where are those climate control folks when you need them ? im not seeing them doing anything about the bad weather are you ? maybe they should shut up till they get a handle on what they are seem to think they can control ...just sayin ,

That snow is all melted now. We actually got hit with a Colorado Low that also nicked Nebrhogger last week.

I am skunkarooed for fish and grouse. This barometer jumping is something else.
Gonna try for walleye again tomorrow.

good luck my friend - set that hook , fall fishing is the best there is , i love those upland birds but a nice fish on the line is heaven to me , i will try to get out one more time this year ,in spite of the hunter sight in time consumption , it will be over by the 9th of next month , we may get some fall yet in this late season ---- if it ever quits raining , the mississippi is flooding in a lot of areas - what the heck ? where are the climate correctors when you need them ?
