Attention New Members and those new registering! We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Me & Ed went out early to play toss the stick & maybe find a dumb lurkey this morning, but it is winter & no doubts about it! It snowed quite a bit, but I thought I could plow through the fluffy stuff & Ed could get some exercise.

Wrong.

It was a lot deeper than it looked & I about got stuck. But I was able to banzai backwards into someone's driveway & banzai back onto the road & back to town we went.

Nuttin' much going on in Western Nebr today. After I was sure I was in a good spot, I took a coulpe pics. Actually not that bad - temp in the upper 20s.

The spirit was willing, but Shep the WonderDodge was weak! :wink:

I took several from the train, but due to the cheep camera and severe vibration, only a couple came out. I meant to get a shot of open prairie with no trees as far as the eye could see, but they did not turn out.

I spotted some goats (sometimes called 'antelope' by non-locals) and the cond took the pic for me. This is representative of open prairie - no trees & lots o' goats. SW

As I drove by, I saw several in the Red Barn Cafe pounding down the Tues special = all-u-can-eat bisquits-n-gravy.

Must have intended to feed the cattle when the snow lessened... which it has not yet. Snowed a lick all day.

If the roads are closed, I get a trip off!!! :grin:
