in these blackpowder conversions i do , they are not designed for the modern cartridge heavy loads , but thats my thinking and i practice that |

I do believe you are right about the gun, the instructions that came with the cylinder said use black powder loads or factory loaded ammo that has been loaded with lead bullets. And that the cylinder can withstand SAMM rated pressure but not the gun. |
