im heading to the wisconsin state SASS shoot this next month so im lining up all my gear and equipment , ill let yall know how it goes when i get back , gotta travel a little lighter this year as i dont have the wifes motorhome to use , its fine - the trip will be fine , i can shower in my friends camper as usual and the bunch of us will circle the wagons for a great camping/shooting experience , this is one of my favorite shoots that ive not missed in over 15 years [save the covid year] we have only been rained out once too - but i was there and would have shot if the monsoon had let up long enough , my experiences there have been nothing but fun every year even the rainy one , |

little big man - that was a fun movie , ill have to revisit that one day soon , i never go for the trophy , im there for the camping , fun with friends , good food and shooting , we have a campfire every night , drink a bit of beer , enjoy cowboy steaks and shoot during the day , we also smoke a lot of ceegars and talk chit ...reflect back ...discuss things happening in our lives and our families , oh and we shoot - our reloads , it is a state shoot and there are folks there taking it quite serious , we keep the spirits high and do the work that needs doing , total enjoyment for all , |
