Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Pete, do I see an after-market sight on the Winnie? I may want to put one on my 1965 model, holes are there anyway, why not? What year is this rifle anyway? Randy

Pete, can you see an item/model number on that sight, it'll help me find the correct one for my rifle. Also, please let me know if the two holes near the hammer are the holes needed for this sight? I'd rather use what's already done for me if you know what I mean. Randy

Thanks Pete, one more question. Will these sights fit into the two holes already drilled & tapped on the upper rear of the 1965 reciever? Seems like Winchester may have done that for just this reason? Randy

Pete, just sighted-in my Winnie with the Williams sight. Far and away much better than the factory ramp. Can't wait to meet Bambi!

Pete, I used 4 Federal factory 170gr loads and 5 174rg lead w/gas checks over 31grs 3130. Maybe 3-4" @50yds. The reloads grouped 3" higher than the factorys.
