Since we were on 45/70 and 444,Here is one i have had for around 12 years or so.Its a tack driver even with the scope that its got Marlin 444. It has 1 bad spot were a cat pissed on it..So to its name OLD CAT PISS. |

This is my all time favorite lever action round. I get over 2100 fps with 310 grain boolet & a compressed load of H322. It flat vaporizes a pasture poodle! SW |

my 444 blaster 16.25 " barrel..flame on T/C encore. now you guys with those marlins with micro groove barrels if you shoot cast they need to be fat .432 |

Very true! I sent off to Lee for a custom .432 sizer. A good boolet for this is the .439 for Spanish rolling blocks. SW |
