just recieved , in a trade with bruce , im in heaven , this is every bit as nice as the photos look , and in great shape for a 60 year old 22 rifle



huh - may have to shoot my own photos - tried to post bruces

all right i finaly picked it up - been dyin to see it , my recent trade -

i am so happy i could shout - this was exactly what i was looking for in my little 22 collection , its an original model #142A , with the wood folding forend and barrel type 'T' bolt knob , that makes it a 1949-50 , first two years of production , and it still has both the red and green 'tacks' for safe/fire markers , scopes clear , finish needs some TLC but its in damn fine shape for a 60 year old 22cal plinker rifle

Glad you are happy with the swap. (my boy isn't he wanted that rifle too, but he can use my 39A mounty) The scope was a bonus too! I have the same scope on my 151k
