Didn't take me too long to find this part of the forums!

I am really (REALLY) pleased with the Vetterli. I've been firing 240 grain Speer SWCs with good results. Still haven't found the exact best powder charge. And still haven't made up a temporary/removable front sight for 50 and 100 yards, but I'll get to that eventually.

Recently I picked up two more Vetterlis, still rimfire, and neither one in as good condition as the one you sold me. I've fireformed some cases in one of them but the chamber is slightly smaller and the cases won't chamber fully with the .430" bullet loaded. I guess I'll have to find a way to draw those .430's down to .429, or buy .429 bullets (not into casting. yet)
