Starting today with a Dupage fancy stock.

And a couple of my IHC. Was told on MP forum it was sold off as a barreled receiver. Now everything appears to be IHC except for the stock.

Thanks to Lyman I have a good M1. The stock it had was sanded way down and slathered with orange varnish

Thanks to your help brother Lyman for the upper handguard. And a butt stock that was not pimped up. Bubba had sanded the fire out of it taking all inspector's marks off of it, and then slathered it with varnish. Here's what it looked like before I got the butt stock and upper handguard.

Joe, Bubba made it all purty!

When I think about it, I still shake my head. My cousin sold that pimped up varnished stock and handguard at his little flea market booth for $150 - appears there are still Bubbas out there.

Probably done back when they were a dime a dozen.

I really do not remember a time when M1's were a dime a dozen; 03's and 03-A3's yes, for sure. But it always seemed to me that they were very scarce for a long time. First one I got was maybe 35 years ago and it was one of those Blue Sky imports, and it was fairly high.
