Thought ya'll might like to see my Springfield M1A which came as mild mannered Clark Kent (Boyd's oversize target stock) but changed into a M14-look super gun!  Into the phone booth and...  I liked the wood handguard but I also had a righteous GI stock so I figured, why not have it both ways! I patched the selector switch opening, and purchased a vented handguard, sling and bayonet. It is hard not to put this rifle at the top of my list!   [  Eric Holder even told me he loves the M14 look |

....nice job...  ....Holder will let you look at it all you want- he'll just keep the ammo away from you...
