The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Took a rather new aquaintence to the range today. I have supper at the Marine post every Weds night and have made a few new friends. A Marine of the 60's who was on a Marine rifle team back then and had not shot a Garand which they used in 30 or so years. Talked him into going.We went out with my NM barreled,bedded Garand and he shot really,really well. He didn't have to be shown a thing...He remembered it all.
He had never shot the M16 (AR-15) ever. He had heard they didn't have good sights. His first group of 10 at 50 yds could be covered by a quarter. He was impressed and loved the AR.
