Ummmmmm. well the tire isn't mine and I think it could have been attached to the kiddie pool. Anyone who would trade a M1A for a Fn-Fal probably needs a training wheel on his pool. Let it be known the FN was fairly nice and he initiated the deal. So I don't feel bad about it at all. Came with 9 hi-end magizines also. I'm happy and he was smiling when he shot the FN..................... -ZD |

OK ......i tried to avoid the obvious , but since you brought it up - i think the M14type , M1A rifles are a must for the US collector and anyone with the interest in a great 308 , but i do think the FN-FAL is a truely fine weapon as well albeit a bit diferent emphasis in its use , IMHO , if you can and if you intend to have examples of the finset you MUST have both , they represent the finest of the 'modern' 308s [ive left the indian enfeilds out on purpose-they were an era behind at inception] |

I went to the M14 Firing line and looks like my M1A was made around 08/90. Guess I'll have to start shooting up some of this Port I have sitting here. |
