I traded for this rifle many years ago from a fellow that said it was a DCM rifle; unfortunately he didn't have the papers to give it documented provenance:

Thats a nice one!!! I have a Norwegian Krag in 8mm thats in a sporter stock,well started and never finished sporter stock.I always wanted to go back to a stock stock.. |

i understand , its tuff to get them out when you have such a selection , hard to decide , i did take my 99 carbine out this last month for a nine year old to shoot , i figured the 92/96 was too long for his small stature to enjoy , but he suprised me in that he wanted to shoot the 88 trapdoor , and he actualy shot a half box before he moved on to the newer stuff |
