SIG barrel? They made barrels for Finland and not Russia? SW

From what I understand, Finland bought the receivers from Russia. And before Tikka and Sako opened up their factories to make barrels, Finland had some made in Switzerland by SIG, and some made in Germany by Bohler-Stahl. There were two contracts made with SIG. The first one was for 5000 barrels. The second one was for another 5000, but with 1mm thicker barrels. Mine appears to be the second contract thicker barrel, made in 1926-1928.

Well, got the invoice yesterday...OUCH!

But I know that when I bid on it. Paid for, can't wait to get it.

looks pretty nice from a novice point of view - is the handguard replaced or did someone clean on it ?

....Obozocare does not cover Mosinitis flareups ....should I decide to part with any of my Finn'd Mosins I may sneeze in your general direction and see if you get another flareup...
