Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

I'm with Pete this is a real can of worms! I have Many Finns that are very well made and I have others that were rushed to the front after minimal work to get a working rifle on the firing line. I think the time frame and whether or not they were reworked after WW2 is the real dividing line as far as quality of workmanship and accuracy. I have of course some real maverick rifles to that rule too! I try and take each rifle as a individual piece because really one can never tell what it will do till the range trip and different ammo is tried. I am not going to get into the range stories so suffice it to say "Don't ever judge a Finn or Russian or any rifle by the first look!" Take it from there and enjoy all the side bars! ;) Bill

I just pulled my 28-30 out of the safe for a range visit last weekend. You should have heard the guys around me with the first four shots in a 1/2" group at 100 yards. I actually forgot what that rifle can do.
