Had to haggle a bit for this one

What's missing here?

Has an import mark as an M91, guy was selling it as a 91/30 for 200, got it for 175 OTD

Finn refurb with a Woodpecker Falls barrel. Nice.

nothing's missing. you have type 1 barrel bands. the original sling arrangement for m1891's used hooks that attached to these bands to hold the sling on the rifle.
can't make out the date on the barrel, but from the s/n, this one is a 1941 tikka? nice looking wood.
don't get rid of the dog collar, it's a finn made one. If you're not in a hurry, i may be able to hook you up with a rear sling hanger, pretty sure i have a couple of spares at home. just have to get there one of these days!

BTW, that rifle is made on a post ww1 receiver, IIRC they used that wreath on the top flat in the 20's.
