I always knew my two best shooting Mosin Nagants were a 91/30 with an SA stamped barrel, and a 91/59, but I had never shot them together. (I rotate through 8 different Mosins every range session)
Finally had both at the range on the same day and had at. The 91/30 edged out the 91/59. I was not surprised at this as the 91/30 of course has a much longer barrel, but the 91/59 gave it a good run for the money!

and one with purpose its always fun to have a mission , it makes you think there is a reason for feeling so good about doing something you love

...I envy you ....its been too long since I've done anything like that... ..and I have 2 here I havent fired yet.... ..I may get the chance next month though as I take a few days off.....

I have 3 91/59's and every one of them is a great shooter. The best is a 91/59 with a PU scope and now with a PPSH sling on it. The rifle is dead on at 200 yards.

My new M39 just outshot BOTH them others!

Never have gotten 'the brood' all out at the same time, might have to give it a go one of these days

I would like to take out my M39 but the stock is busted BAD! And finding a war time clean stock is very hard! But then again I am still unable to shoot my rifles due to the shoulder injury.
