Did Japan have a selection criteria for their type 97 sniper rifles or did they accept all Type 97 rifles as sniper rifles? Did they have to pass an accuracy test or something before they were accepted? |

If they did I have never heard of it. To my knowledge they just took a run of rifles and put scopes on them.. |

Thanks. I have been interested in how they selected them. I have only seen one in person but it was heavily sporterized. |
