Attention New Members and those new registering! We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Just got this in. It's my second Nagoya 11th series "rope hole" rifle. This one is in the 98K range with it's S/N and my first one is in the 93K range. My new one has a two nail buttplate where the other has three nails. Also, the lower band is different where the early one has a plate spot welded to the bottom of the band & the later one has a simple weld. Note that both have no swivel attached to the band. Never thought I'd be lucky enough to have two of these!

Wow, the bottom one is pretty awsome. Still Don't have a rope hole.
Good side by side.

It's interesting that lately it seems to be all about the last ditch's.
If it needs to be said, Im furriously jealous.

Nice bit of history :!:

For the non collectors I like to dig out my Jap rifles to show the progression from early WW2 to late WW2.

Many are very surprised!!!
