I have been watching bayonets on Ebay and I saw two different variations of the type 44 bayonets sell for crazy money. the first was the 1st variation, it sold for $189, the other was a 2nd variation and it sold for $319. Thats more than I paid for either of my type 44 rifles complete with bayonets.

Been a while since you bought a type-44 .eh? some of them are passing $1000 now days, with a common average one going for over $500..one thats missing its bayo is worth maybe $150 ,so its well worth replacing, and theres that nasty supply and demand thing, not very many loose T-44 bayo's and lugs floating around,so if 2-3 guys spot the variation they need , Im not suprised to see them go over $200 for it.

Well in the past two months I bought 2.one all matching with the dust cover for $200 and another non matching for $250. Both had the bayonets.And the mum's
