Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

I'm not the "whats it worth" kinda guy, but this time I need some help estimating what a Japanese rifle scope is worth.
I'm bidding on one and have no idea what this things sell for and altough money is second I stil don't want to overpay for it.
For those that dont know me yet, I live in Belgium, Europe and this thing well its the first time I found one overhere.
so in your view what is the maximum I should pay for it?

What ever I say may be too late for you but here goes, just found this. First look at the serial number on top of the eye peice and see if you see 99 preceding the serial numbe its for a 99 Cutback rifle. Meaning the scope block had to be notched at the rear for the scope to fit. If it does not have 99 on it then its for the T97 Sniper. Don't know if that makes a whole lot of difference but the Cutback is scarcer than the one for the 97. Optics should be clean and there should be a rubber eye cup on the rear. Scopes usually run about the same as the rifle it goes on so I guessing $1000 to $2000. Looks like that one has been sanded some. Hope this helps some. Good luck to you finding one over there.

Roy
