Amatikulu , i think you give these too much credence , but i will defer if you feel its truely justified ..............
i think we are looking at very poor copies , much less quality than the spanish copies of the S&W revolvers for example , and i think its fine the enfield collectors are filling their cabinets with these as an obscure variant as long as none acheive the status of legitimate "ENFIELD" , its not an indian RFI [ishapore] rifle and certainly not a POF pakistani rifle eather , both of which were made with british arsenal tooling and started at least under british guidance ,
these have a certain amount of interest in that we are currently involved in afganistan , but i dont think our servicemen can bring them home due to the recent vintage of their production , ---no you cant go by the date stamped on these
