If it's a lithgow wood might be a bit more difficult but normal stocksets can be ahd for 30-40 easy. You might have to find some other metal bits but shouldn't be too difficult. I wouldn't pay over 100 for one but I have seen them go for MUCH higher

In 1943 the No.1 Mark III* was being made at three places: Lithgow in Australia (as ET2ss said), at Ishapore in India and at BSA in England (assembled dispersal rifle).

Values are so area dependant that it's hard to know what's a fair price where you are Don. Here in Florida, No.1 Mark III's that are complete and original sell in the $200 - $250 range. The latest Blue Book value for 80% is $325.

If I buy a sporterized weapon, it has to have matching serial numbers on the bolt, receiver, barrel and rear site. Only then is it worth restoring as a collectible. Otherwise I will buy it for its component parts:

front wood - worthless except for firewood (if cut down)
butt stock - $10 if untouched
barrelled action - $30
magazine - $25
bolt - $25

So, my bottom line is under $100 for mismatched sporters.
Yours is matching so $100 would be a good price.
If coachwood then restoration will be expensive unless you have a source.

If walnut bank on $15 per handguard and $50 for the forestock (using Springfield Sporters prices for DP parts) Barrel band and nose cap will also be required $20 with screws. That's about $100 in restoration parts if you buy from the market.

that sums up where id be on it - as long as the bbl is intact and whatever the front sight is didnt damage it , its a project but if matching perhaps well worth the effort , a nice BSA dispersal is a catch in my book ,

I have a junk box full of old bands , swivels, and front lugs. If you can tell me what sort of markings to look for I'll see if any of these are correct for your BSA. Some are Lithgow I'm sure, can't really say just what the others are.
The bayonet lugs all have serial numbers stamped in the end, you'd have to weld over these and either re-stamp to match your gun or leave smooth.
I'll throw in all the screws if I still have them.
Just let me know and I'll let you have what you need it will only cost you shipping. I haven't got a pressing need for these, they are just taking up space in my shop.

Can't help with the wood, except perhaps a few pieces of hand guard, if I still have those.

I've bought complete fore ends used from a store in South Carolina which had a few that were take offs from Enfields they'd fitted with sporter stocks. I gave $6 for the last one, but it was too beat up between band and lug to be restored, got it because the wood was a better match to a sporterized No.1 buttstock than the fore end that was on it.
Check your local gun shops you might find a bargin.
