Et2ss.... man... this State is really in the crapper ( John Crapper.. Invented the toilet :-) ).... I believe the .50 ban is in place but not sure about the smart gun law... I haven't purchased a "new" firearm in almost 10 years. Right now the Governors' administration is being sued to release a study that cost over 800,000 to see what impact toll increases and other changes would have on the populous... he refused to make it public... even thought WE... the people, paid for it. Most corrupt state in the country.

I know. I'm with you man. I couldn't wait to get out of there, when the opportunity arose I jumped. Even though I'm struggling out here to get by, it's worth it. I wanted an FFL so bad for so many years & now it's not just a dream but a reality!

spikeDD , do i sence a bit of youth ---explaining the origins of "crapper" , i gotta say that was common vernacular in my youth , no explanations necessary , or were you just being kind to the youthfull here ?

i gotta admit , it makes my day to see some of these terms still in common use , so much of my youth is long gone

I do remember using and hearing the term quite a bit as a youth... I'm 43. I remember reading the origins of "crap" in a Popular Mechanics magazine ( I think ) more than 20 years ago. The article was about a new kind of vacuum flush or something of the like.... it just stuck in my head. John Crapper... bless em

i noted springfeild sporters are listing walnut - nonindian wood , not sure about the savage mark but the projects are seemingly doable ,
