Ya know... If you ever need to make room in that collection, I know somebody who needs a '36 to fill a gap in a collection, been looking for awhile now I'm sure you two could arrange some sort of agreement... Nobody in particular really, you might have seen 'em around here... just looking for a nice '36 |

With OLD ammo, some of which does not go BOOM Dang Syrian stuff. But I do have some Privi ammo but I'm saving it for a rainy day. Gatsby, I just sold a Mas about 3 or 4 weeks ago. It sold for a fair amount (more then I expected). http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewIt ... m=83808095 I then turned around and bought another one but with a cleaner stock and finish. See reply towards the end of the post. http://yesterdaysweapons.com/phpBB2/vie ... php?t=2248 I will keep you in mind for the next one I see!! |

They'd make interesting new friends I'm sure. Maybe they'd encourage some of their MAS buddies to make the journey with them |

Oh sure then there would be a mass (or Mas) exodus from my home to yours. |

so just exactly what makes someone keep bidding when they know they want it and it gets close to the 'buy it now' , and why would the next guy just do that instead of continueing to bid themselves up ? DID I MISS SOMETHING HERE ? |

A square I have no answer for that. I try to keep at a set price and leave it at that. I learned from a collector years ago that if its "going too high then back off! Another one will show its face some time again" And you know he was right as rain on that!! |

i see - i guess- i was for a moment thinking there was some auto overide of the buy-it-now feature when it got close that i was unaware of , but i guess we chaulk it up to some sort of stupidity ? anyway GOOD FOR YOU |

If there is a bid on it lower then the buy-it-now then the buy it now goes away. At least in reserve auctions "I think". |
